GRAFT · WEBSITE FOR BUILDERS
Graft is a bold, video-led design for general builders who run crews and want serious enquiries. It opens on moving site footage and asks visitors to describe their extension, loft or renovation before you ever pick up the phone.

THE LOOK
Black backgrounds, safety-yellow buttons and huge capital headlines give Graft the feel of a site hoarding. The top of the page is full-width video, so swap in your own clips of footings going in, block walls rising or a steel being lifted into place. Below that, clean panels list your services with starting prices. For a homeowner worried about cowboys, it says straight away that this is an organised firm with real projects on the go.
ON THE PAGE
Your services, such as extensions, loft conversions and knock-throughs, each with a ‘from’ price and a note that every job gets a fixed written quote.
Three taps: the type of work, how big it is and when they want to start. The customer sees a guide price from your list and sends it as a quote request.
Three plain steps from first contact to a tidy finish, answering the usual question of what happens after someone gets in touch.
A grid for your own project photos, each labelled with the job and town, so locals spot streets they know.
Your FAQs alongside the towns you cover and how far you travel from your base.
Your services, prices, area, opening hours and photos replace the sample wording. Every design also has click-to-call, a WhatsApp button, your social links and up to 3 extra pages.
IS IT FOR YOU?
Graft works best for established general builders with a steady flow of extensions, conversions and renovations, and a crew or two on site most weeks. The quote builder separates people with a real project and a start date from those just browsing, which saves evenings spent on wasted visits.
If most of your work is high-end renovation where the finish sells the job, Keystone’s darker, slower layout may serve you better. A one-person firm that wants homeowners to feel relaxed about a first project might prefer Fettle.
PRICE
The Graft design costs nothing to set up. Hosting is £5 a month, and extras like online booking or your own domain are optional. See every price
QUESTIONS

It shows a guide price based on the starting prices you give us, then sends you the job details. You still visit and send your own fixed quote.
Yes. Building trades can include the free planning check, so a customer can see whether the house is listed or in a conservation area before you price an extension.
